I went for a quote on a touch up for my 2026 Honda Civic, that I got scratched by someone. Kyle A., respectful gentleman walk thru my car looked very close, he excused himself “I’ll be back in few minutes”, I already knew the color paint, of course Kyle and team have a lot more knowledge what needs, could be done, I waited outside, he came with some special towel rub in my car softly to the point scratching was not necessary, my car is good it doesn’t need any paint, it looks like new, as when purchased months ago. Thank you Kyle A.. you’re great, the ladies in the front desk very respectful. I recommend db Orlando collision 💯

Honda CRV 2015 - New Front Bumper & Repaint Roof Met with Kyle & Christie at db Orlando East for the first estimate on my CRV and both were professional and easy to understand what had to be done. Next I drove my CRV to db Orlando West where the repair would be done and was taken care of by Emma West. There were many calls from Jose regarding any extra areas they found and they needed to have my permission. I completely trusted them and then I had a pickup date and met with Jack Wallace, Production Manager at db West to check everything that was done. There was one more thing that had to be done. Jack met with Jose and it was scheduled. Meanwhile I was given a loaner until my CRV was completed to my satisfaction. I have to mention that db East works with db West and all of them were phenomenal to work with. The roof paint job looks like brand new and great job was done with the front bumper. Even the striping was a perfect job. I was truly pleased with all of them and highly recommend db Orlando Collision for any repair - big or small.

I did extensive research before selecting a shop to repair my 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe, and based on that research, I chose DB Orlando Collision – East. I was specifically sold on their message that they understand how frustrating it is to deal with sub-par repairs and that their business was created to prevent exactly that type of experience. After over a month in the shop and a $14,000 insurance payout for what was minor rear-end damage, I received my vehicle back. Unfortunately, just three days later, a rear camera washer fell off. I also immediately noticed condensation inside the left rear taillight and sub-par paintwork on the liftgate with visible bubbling. I contacted DB and brought the vehicle back for a warranty visit. That visit lasted two weeks. When I picked up the vehicle, only the washer issue had been repaired. The bubbling paint and the condensation inside the taillight were still present. After calling to express my concerns, I was told that the original repair did not include replacement of the taillight, and that the paint technician had polished the liftgate but did not see the same defects that were still clearly visible. From start to finish DB Orlando Collision has been amazing! The communication has been top tier through every step of the way! They’re all professional and knowledgeable. The turn around time was quick and I couldn’t be more happier! Joanie and Emma were awesome and addressed any concerns I had. Enjoy the before and after pictures!! I highly recommend!
